Care Farm Day

Care Farming is one of the most important parts of The Askefield Project’s story and we have our Care Farm Day every Wednesday.

The day usually starts with feeding the animals, poo picking, and a brew. The jobs for the rest of the day vary each week and range from cleaning out the goats shelter, to planting trees, to moving sheep and bigger building jobs. Recently our Care Farm Day clients have helped with laying the base for our new log cabin.
